The Center for Human Genetics provides research tools to the genetics community to fulfill our mission to discover the genetic and epidemiologic basis of human disease.

Explore the CHG Statistical Genetics Analysis Training Manual as part of the Gerontologic Research Algorithms and Statistical Programs (GRASP) website, an internet resource development project of the Claude D. Pepper Older Americans Independence Centers at Duke University, Wake Forest University and Yale University.

See CHG Staff member, Carol Haynes', seminar about PEDIGENE®, an internationally acclaimed computer data management system designed and licensed by Duke. This system greatly facilitates data analysis, easily handling the vast amount of information generated during each genetic study.
